  • Patent number: 9365733
Abstract: An ink jet ink including water, a pigment and a polymer. The pigment has a secondary amino group. The polymer contains a unit derived from a monomer having a ring structure containing a tertiary amino group.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9193150
Abstract: An image recording method includes applying a reaction liquid containing a first polymer particle onto an intermediate transfer member, forming an intermediate image by applying an ink containing a second polymer particle onto the intermediate transfer member to which the reaction liquid has been applied, and transferring the intermediate image to a recording medium while heating the intermediate image. The first polymer particle softens at temperature T1 and the second polymer particle softens at temperature T2. The transferring is performed so that the surface temperature Ta of the recording medium and the surface temperature Tb of the intermediate transfer member satisfy: (1) Tb<Ta, (2) T2<Ta, and (3) Tb<T1, and so that the elastic modulus Ea of the intermediate image at the temperature Ta and the elastic modulus Eb of the intermediate image at the temperature Tb satisfy 1.5<Eb/Ea.

  • Publication number: 20130000792
Abstract: A heat treatment method according to the present invention includes a preliminary-state-generating step of heat-treating an alloy that undergoes multiple-step transformation with temperature by bringing the alloy in contact with a contact-type heating element for 0.01 sec or more and 3.0 sec or less, the contact-type heating element being adjusted to a particular temperature within a preliminary-state-generating temperature region determined on the basis of a first temperature related to a particular first transformation of the alloy and a second temperature, which is higher than the first temperature, related to a particular second transformation of the alloy so as to generate a preliminary state in the alloy.

  • Publication number: 20120294375
Abstract: A digital signal of a broadcast program received in an antenna is demodulated by a tuner unit, a Demux unit demultiplexes the digital signal into a video digital signal and an audio digital signal, a video decoding unit decodes the video digital signal, and a video output unit outputs video of the decoded video analog signal on a screen. On the other hand, an audio decoding unit decodes the audio digital signal, and an audio output unit outputs audio of the decoded audio analog signal to a speaker. A block noise detection unit performs detection of block noise contained in the video analog signal, at a latter stage of the video decoding unit. When the block noise is detected, an audio suppression unit lowers an output audio level through the audio output unit.

  • Patent number: 8210011
Abstract: A continuous repetitive method of rolling a series combination of asymmetric rolling and skin pass rolling operations is provided. Differential-speed rolling is performed as the asymmetric rolling, and a winder temporarily winds a metal strip with a collapsed plate shape by traverse winding (loose winding which allows the metal strip to be wound in a zigzag manner). Then, the skin pass rolling is performed, and orderly winding is performed in a coil form. In the flow of rolling, tandem rolling may be performed by arranging two or more rolling mills side by side so that the asymmetric rolling and the skin pass rolling operations are continuously performed without the traverse winding therebetween.

  • Publication number: 20100326162
Abstract: A flow of rolling with a combination of asymmetric rolling (S1) and skin pass rolling (S3) is shown. Differential-speed rolling is performed as the asymmetric rolling, and a winder temporarily winds a metal strip with a collapsed plate shape by traverse winding (loose winding which allows the metal strip is wound in a zigzag manner: S2). Then, the skin pass rolling is performed, and orderly winding is performed in a coil form (S4). As shown in the flow of rolling, tandem rolling may be performed by arranging two or more rolling mills side by side so that the asymmetric rolling and the skin pass rolling are continuously performed without the traverse winding (S2) in the mid course.
