  • Publication number: 20240145158
Abstract: A coil component includes a first wire wound to form a first layer in a direction from a first end toward a second end, and a second wire wound around the first wire to form a second layer in the direction from the first end toward the second end while turns of the second wire fit in recesses formed between adjacent turns of the first wire. The second wire subsequently turns back from the end positioned closer to the second end toward the first end and extends to an outer side of the second layer. Then, the second wire is wound around the second layer to form a third layer while turns of the second wire fit in recesses formed between adjacent turns of the second wire in the second layer. The second wire subsequently extends to the second layer on the outer side of the first layer.

  • Publication number: 20240087795
Abstract: A coil component includes a drum core including a winding core portion and first and second flange portions, and first and second wires. A portion of the first wire that first comes into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the winding core portion when the first wire is traced from a first wire end to a second wire end is defined as a 1.0 turn portion of the first wire. A portion of the second wire where an angular position thereof about a central axis first coincides with an angular position of the 1.0 turn portion of the first wire, on a side of a second negative direction with respect to the central axis, when the second wire is traced from a first wire end to a second wire end is defined as a 1.0 turn portion of the second wire.

  • Patent number: 10017485
Abstract: A method efficiently and safely manufactures, on an industrial scale, a compound having an N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl)amino group. (1) an amine compound or a solution thereof, (2) epichlorohydrin or a solution thereof, and (3) an acidic compound or a solution thereof are continuously supplied to a flow reactor and reacted at a reaction temperature of 40 to 130° C. and a liquid space velocity of 0.2 to 10 h?1 so that a compound having an N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl)amino group is manufactured. The obtained compound having an N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-chloropropyl)amino group is dehydrochlorinated by reaction with an alkali so that a polyfunctional glycidylamine type epoxy compound is manufactured.
