  • Publication number: 20230400594
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a radiation detector that is capable of preventing deterioration in an SN ratio of a read-out signal. The radiation detector includes a TlBr crystalline body, and a first electrode and a second electrode that have been provided on respective electrode formation surfaces. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode includes a first layer and a second layer. The first layer formed on the electrode formation surface contains metallic thallium, or a first alloy of metallic thallium and another metal. The second layer on the first layer contains an alloy of a first metal and a second metal. A diffusion coefficient of metallic thallium to a layer comprised of the alloy of the first metal and the second metal is smaller than a diffusion coefficient of metallic thallium to a layer comprised of the second metal.

  • Patent number: 10033131
Abstract: A seal (30) to be mounted into a rear part of a housing 20 and is formed with seal holes (32) configured to allow wires (26) connected to rear parts of terminal fittings (24) to pass therethrough in a liquid-tight manner. The seal (30) includes a body (31) constituting rear areas (32R) of the seal holes (32) and having an outer peripheral lip (37) formed on an outer periphery. An area between inner peripheries of the seal holes (32) and the outer peripheral lip (37) defines a solid resilient portion (39). Following portions (40) project forwardly of the outer peripheral lip (37) from a front surface of the body (31). The following portions (40) constitute front areas (32F) of the seal holes (32) and are resiliently deformable in directions intersecting a penetrating direction of the seal holes (32).

  • Patent number: 9373913
Abstract: A lever type connector includes: a first housing; a lever that is rotatably fixed to the first housing; a cam groove formed in the lever; and a second housing having a cam follower. The first housing and the second housing are fitted together by rotating the lever 30 in a fitting direction in a state in which the cam groove and the cam follower are engaged to each other. A plurality of operation protrusions (fitting operating portions) are formed on the lever so as to contact an operator's finger at the time of a fitting operation, and are arranged at an interval in the rotating direction of the lever.

  • Patent number: 8784141
Abstract: A connector (A) includes a partition (40) for partitioning an insertion hole (35) for a tab (15) and a mold removal space (39) for a locking lance (37). A retainer (44) is pivoted between a partial locking position and a full locking position. A lock (43) restricts a displacement of the retainer (44). A retracted portion (50) is formed in an area (41R) of a facing wall (41) behind the retainer (44) to mold the lock (43) and retracted from an insertion path for a male terminal fitting (10) as compared with an area (41F) of the facing wall (41) before the retainer (44). The retainer (44) includes a restriction (48) for restricting the inclination of the male terminal fitting (10) by being so displaced, at the partial locking position, that a rear end of the male terminal fitting (10) moves toward the retracted portion (50).
