When the processor detects payment of a fee or use of a game item obtained by the payment, the processor adds a first value to the predetermined value that exceeds the restoration upper limit value and outputs, to the memory, the predetermined value to which the first value is added. The first value is greater than a second value that is added to the predetermined value being under the upper limit value.
