  • Publication number: 20220389263
Abstract: A coating film and a method for forming the same are provided. The coating film controls reduction in repellency of hydrophobic fine particles and increases rub fastness of the coating film. The coating film includes a ground layer containing thermoplastic resin (chlorinated polyolefin or acid modified chlorinated polyolefin, for example) and an upper layer containing hydrophobic fine particles (hydrophobic silica particle or silicone resin particle, for example) formed on the ground layer. Parts of the hydrophobic fine particles contained in the upper layer are buried in the ground layer.

  • Patent number: 9948038
Abstract: A connector comprises an outer member, which is made of resin coated with a conductive plating layer, and an inserted portion, which is inserted into an insertion hole of a case rearward in a front-rear direction when the connector is attached to the case. The outer member has a body portion, a flange and an attached surface which is formed of a rear surface of the body portion and a rear surface of the flange. The flange protrudes from the body portion in a perpendicular plane perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The inserted portion is located inward of the body portion in the perpendicular plane. The rear surface of the body portion is formed with a pressure contact portion which surrounds the inserted portion in the perpendicular plan. The pressure contact portion is formed with a contact surface which is located rearward of the rear surface of the flange.

  • Publication number: 20060278086
Abstract: An air cleaner of the present invention, wherein an inlet port 4 and an outlet port 5 are formed and provided with air blower means 1 therein, an antiallergenic filter having an aromatic hydroxyl compound is installed in the air flow passage of the air blower means 1 in a main body 2, and the inlet port 4 formed in the main body 2 is provided at the lower part of the front panel, such that the suction air flow may be formed along the floor plane 3, whereby pollen and dead mites, and the like, which are present in a vicinity of a floor plane 3 can be efficiently sucked to inactivate allergic activity. A treating solution of the present invention is characterized in that it is prepared by dissolving and/or dispersing a water-soluble material and a water-insoluble material in a mixed solvent of water and a cellosolve and/or a carbitol. A method of manufacturing functional filter according to the present invention is characterized in that the treating solution above is adhesion fixed to the filter base material.

  • Patent number: 6635106
Abstract: A dust is electrostatically charged using an ion-releasing device adapted to release only ionized air with occurrence of a corona discharge, thereby reducing the amount of power consumed and the amount of ozone generated to the utmost. An electric dust collector includes a charging section having a discharging electrode and an earthed electrode, a dust-collecting section having a voltage-applied electrode and an earthed electrode and an air feed fan. Dust introduced into the dust collector is electrostatically charged by breaking the air insulation by a corona discharge occurring in the charging section to produce ionized air and then removed in the dust-collecting section where an electric field is formed. However, because the corona discharge is generated, there is a problem that the discharged current is large, and the amount of power consumed and the amount of ozone generated are large.
