    Abstract: Provided is a coaxial cable connector with improved EMS. A relay connector device, which is an example of a coaxial cable connector, includes a contact containing a conductor as a material and extending in an axial direction, an internal housing containing an insulator as the material and supporting the contact in such a way that one end of the contact is exposed, a GND shell containing the conductor as the material and having a part covering at least part of the internal housing, and an EMI shell containing the conductor as the material and having a part covering a clearance of the GND shell. The EMI shell covers, in the clearance, at least any one of the internal housing, the other end of the contact exposed from the internal housing, and a core wire of the cable.

The connector includes a contact containing a conductor, an internal housing containing an insulator and supporting the contact, and an impedance adjuster having a part incorporated into the internal housing and containing the conductor. The impedance adjuster covers an exposed part of a core wire of the cable connected to the contact, which is exposed from the internal housing.

    Abstract: A coating film and a method for forming the same are provided. The coating film controls reduction in repellency of hydrophobic fine particles and increases rub fastness of the coating film. The coating film includes a ground layer containing thermoplastic resin (chlorinated polyolefin or acid modified chlorinated polyolefin, for example) and an upper layer containing hydrophobic fine particles (hydrophobic silica particle or silicone resin particle, for example) formed on the ground layer. Parts of the hydrophobic fine particles contained in the upper layer are buried in the ground layer.

The outer member has a body portion, a flange and an attached surface which is formed of a rear surface of the body portion and a rear surface of the flange. The flange protrudes from the body portion in a perpendicular plane perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The inserted portion is located inward of the body portion in the perpendicular plane. The rear surface of the body portion is formed with a pressure contact portion which surrounds the inserted portion in the perpendicular plan. The pressure contact portion is formed with a contact surface which is located rearward of the rear surface of the flange.
