    Abstract: A crucible-type continuous melting furnace includes a preheating tower for storing the material to be melted, and an exhaust port on the top thereof; a melting crucible furnace disposed below the preheating tower and having a melting crucible to which the material to be melted is supplied from the preheating tower; a heating burner for heating the melting crucible; and a preheating burner for preheating the material to be melted and disposed in a position that is higher than the heating burner; the melting crucible furnace having an introduction portion for introducing a combustion gas from the heating burner into the preheating tower; and the melting crucible having a molten metal outlet on the side wall for discharging the molten metal obtained by melting the material.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a crucible-type continuous melting furnace by which the melted amount of the material can be readily controlled. A crucible-type continuous melting furnace 1 includes a preheating tower 31 for storing the material to be melted (a), and an exhaust port 34 on the top thereof; a melting crucible furnace 11 disposed below the preheating tower 31 and having a melting crucible 71 to which the material to be melted (a) is supplied from the preheating tower 31; a heating burner 3 for heating the melting crucible 71; and a preheating burner 4 for preheating the material to be melted and disposed in a position that is higher than the heating burner 3; the melting crucible furnace 11 having an introduction portion for introducing a combustion gas from the heating burner 3 into the preheating tower 31; and the melting crucible 71 having a molten metal outlet 74 on the side wall for discharging the molten metal (b) obtained by melting the material (a).

    Abstract: A heat-treatment apparatus having a combustion chamber (13), an apparatus main body (10) provided with said combustion chamber (13), a combustion burner (20) for supplying a heating gas to said combustion chamber (13), a flue for discharging a combustion gas generated in said combustion chamber (13) to the outside, and a heating vessel stored in said combustion chamber (13), said heating vessel (15) having a bottom and an opening on the top, said opening being opened and closed by a lid (16), and said heating vessel being provided with a communicating member (153) that is communicably open to the above said combustion chamber when said lid is closed. This heat-treatment apparatus can keep the emission gas generated during the treatment, and, waste valuable metals can be efficiently recovered, if contained.
