    Abstract: A process for producing a fluoroplastic drawn molded article is disclosed in which a fluoroplastic molded article is brought into contact with a heating medium set at a temperature exceeding the static melting point of the molded article and drawn at a temperature at which the molded article does not substantially melt. The fluoroplastic drawn molded article produced in accordance with the present invention is significantlly improved in physical properties such as tensile strength and tensile modulus.
