  • Publication number: 20180306513
Abstract: An energy-saving charge transport system in a press-furnace line, for articles to be baked from the press to the furnace and for articles baked to a finished product storage area, having two levels of a heat tunnel, wherein articles to be baked are arranged on empty transport pallets in two trains of the press, two heat recovery tunnels, the right heat recovery tunnel and the left heat recovery tunnel are situated under the furnace and outside said furnace, the furnace comprises inside two on the contrary movable tracks for articles to be baked, each of the heat recovery tunnel having a down level for baked articles and an upper level for raw articles, said baked and raw articles moveably on the contrary directions, said levels arranged respectively with the right train of the press and the left train of the press, a first actuator cyclically pushes the pallets with the product to be baked arranged in the first train and delivers the pallets onto the upper level of the first heat recovery tunnel, the transpor

  • Publication number: 20150176906
Abstract: The subject of the present invention is an energy-saving charge transport system in the press-furnace line with recovery of heat energy and recovery of electric energy. Its objective consists in introducing a rational management of heat energy and electric energy in the charge transport system along the press-furnace route and by means of a well-thought-out arrangement of transport routes and charging elevators, achieving compact dimensions of the whole transport structure. The essence of the energy-saving charge transport system in the press-furnace line is the heat energy recovery in the area surrounding the furnace and recovery of electric energy used to drive transport elevators. Elevator (1) loaded with hot charge (3) moves downwards. Motor (5) acting as an electric current generator brakes motion of elevator (1) and via controller (7) supplies electric energy back to battery (8).

  • Publication number: 20150174846
Abstract: The subject of the invention is a universal method and a device for supporting the process of press moulding of finely fragmented materials by means of mechanical vibrations. The device comprises a motor driving, via a belt transmission, the flow pulse generator (3) connected permanently with actuator. The feeding for flow pulse generator (3) is supplied to port (6), and the outflow to the reservoir occurs via port (7). On the circumference of rotor (17) of the flow pulse generator (3), a plurality of grooves is made. Groove (10), on one side, is connected permanently with passage of port (6), and on the other side, depending on position of rotor (17), it can be connected with arms of the flow guide. Groove (9), on one side, is connected permanently with passage of port (7), and on the other side, depending on position of rotor (17), it can be connected with arms of the flow guide.

  • Publication number: 20150165443
Abstract: The subject of the invention is a drive for an ultra-high-energy pulsatory-rotary mill that can be applied in the laboratory-class equipment. The objective of the invention is the use of the drive for an ultra-high-energy pulsatory-rotary mill which allows to accomplish the three-dimensional milling process in three axes with simultaneous control of amount of the supplied mechanical energy in real time. The rotary-planetary drive comprises an alternating-current motor (1) constituting the rotary motion drive and powered through an inverter (2) connected with the rotary mechanical energy counter (3), and an alternating-current motor (4) driving actuator (5) constituting the pulsatory motion drive and powered by inverter (6) connected with the pulsatory mechanical energy counter (7). Signals from mechanical energy counters (7) and (3) are conveyed to the digital recorder (8).

  • Patent number: 4424673
Abstract: A hydraulic supply system of a pulsatory press has two pumps (4 and 5) supplying through non-return valves (8 and 9) and through overflow valves (10 and 11), two slide dividers (17 and 19). The divider (17) in the position I directs oil to the working space V.sub.n under the servo-motor piston, whereas the divider (19) directs oil to the rotary divider (20) wherefrom a pulsating stream of oil gets into the working space under the part of the piston of a smaller diameter and into the run-off. The divider (17) in the position II directs oil to the space V.sub.p over the servo-motor piston at a simultaneous connection of the space V.sub.w via a slide valve (24) with the run-off, whereby the value of pressure in the space V.sub.p over the servo-motor piston is limited by means of an overflow valve (15).The conduit supplying oil from the divider (19) to a rotary divider (20) is connected via a cut-off valve (22) and a throttle valve (23) with a conduit supplying oil from the divider (17) to the space V.sub.
