  • Patent number: 8089539
Abstract: A characteristic detecting unit detects characteristics of a digital imaged signal at every phase shift interval set in advance. A timing adjustment unit gives a phase adjustment instruction of a pulse so as to converge to an imaging phase in the digital imaged signal at which the characteristics are a predetermined value or within a predetermined range. A shift interval switching unit switches the phase shift interval according to photographing conditions of an imaging element.

  • Patent number: 8022985
Abstract: Color signals that have passed through a multilayer film filter and been photoelectrically converted are inputted into an image processing LSI. A color signal processing section of the image processing LSI corrects the color signals on a color matrix. The color matrix is divided into a plurality of regions corresponding to the color signals, and the correction is made for each of the regions.

  • Publication number: 20110102454
Abstract: The detection result and brightness information of a specific region are stored, and once latest image data is input, the degree of importance is calculated based on the stored detection result and brightness information and the detection result and brightness information of the specific region in the latest image. Based on the degree of importance, whether to display specific region information is determined. The brightness information is calculated based on the detection result of the specific region.

  • Publication number: 20090190832
Abstract: An inputted image is divided into a plurality of blocks, and an image quality thereof is corrected for each of the divided blocks based on information of image data of the respective blocks. Therefore, even in the case where a region where the dark-area-gradation deterioration is generated and a region where the bright-area-gradation deterioration is generated are included in an image, the inputted image is divided so that blocks correspond to the region where the dark-area-gradation deterioration is generated and the region where the bright-area-gradation deterioration is generated, respectively, and then corrected. As a result, the region where the dark-area-gradation deterioration is generated and the region where the bright-area-gradation deterioration is generated can be corrected at the same time.
