  • Publication number: 20210093300
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires a plurality of ultrasonic images relating to a subject, the plurality of ultrasonic images being obtained by varying an incident direction of an ultrasonic beam. The processing circuitry detects, based on the plurality of ultrasonic images, anisotropies at positions in an ultrasonic image with respect to the ultrasonic beam. The processing circuitry classifies tissues of the subject into regions, based on brightness values of the ultrasonic image and the anisotropies.

  • Publication number: 20130137966
Abstract: A tissue extraction system for extracting tissue from a subject by using an image, wherein the tissue extraction system comprises: an imaging unit for arranging coordinate axes to capture a plurality of sequences; a conversion unit for converting the plurality of sequences captured by the imaging unit into histogram space in which the sequences are described in terms of the coordinate axes; and an extraction unit for extracting the tissue of the subject from the distribution of the histogram converted by the conversion unit.
