  • Patent number: 9549472
Abstract: First electrode pads formed on one semiconductor package surface include a first reinforcing electrode pad having a surface area larger than that of other first electrode pads. Second electrode pads formed on a printed wiring board on which the semiconductor package is mounted include at least one second reinforcing electrode pad. The second reinforcing electrode pad opposes the first reinforcing electrode pad, and has a surface area greater than that of the other second electrode pads. The first and second electrode pads are connected by solder connection parts. A cylindrical enclosing member encloses an outer perimeter of a solder connection part connecting the first and second reinforcing electrode pads. Increases in the amount of warping of semiconductor devices such as the package substrate and the printed wiring board are suppressed, and the development of solder bridges with respect to adjacent solder connecting parts or adjacent components is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20110169824
Abstract: Multiplication coefficients K1 and K2 in a first multiplying section and a second multiplying section are controlled based on the correlation in a parallax adjusted right-eye signal and a parallax adjusted left-eye signal output from a first parallax adjusting section respectively or based on the parallax calculated by the first parallax adjusting section. Thus, a 3D image processing device is provided that efficiently reduces the noise of a 3D video signal without using frame memory and without being affected by a scene change.

  • Patent number: 6809778
Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for YC separation and three-line correlation detection with high accuracy, which allow the YC separator to generate reliable Y signals. The correlation detecting apparatus includes a sub-correlation detector. The detector checks input signals for the presence or absence of vertical correlation, and provides the signals with a judgment “high-correlation exists” or “otherwise”. According to the judgment, the correlation detecting apparatus changes the process; i) when accepted the judgment “high-correlation exists”, the apparatus determines the judgment to be reliable and adopts it as the output, ii) when accepted “otherwise”, the apparatus increases its detecting accuracy and provides the signals with multi-leveled outputs according to the correlation levels. In this way, the main apparatus switches the detecting mode according to the result from sub-correlation detector, with the detecting accuracy greatly improved.

  • Patent number: 6567129
Abstract: A color demodulation apparatus having color demodulation capabilities as the conventional ones, with its size reduced by sharing part of processing circuit therein is provided. An adder circuit 10 and a SW circuit 11 shift the phase of a ramp wave generated by a VCO circuit 9 alternately 90 degrees and 180 degrees for each clock. A SIN data generator circuit 12 generates a phase alternate SIN wave signal from the shifted ramp wave. A multiplier circuit 3 performs R-Y and B-Y demodulation through multiplexing based on the phase alternate SIN wave signal. An accumulator circuit 6 accumulates burst signals of each of R-Y and B-Y signals of the demodulated, multiplexed signal. A second load hold circuit 8 separately outputs an R-Y burst signal to the VCO circuit 9, and a B-Y burst signal to a comparator circuit 13, constituting two feedback loops. A first load hold circuit 5 separates R-Y and B-Y signals from the multiplexed signal, and outputs these two signals.
