  • Patent number: 9297820
Abstract: An automatic analyzer includes a storage unit for storing operation information information about usage histories of expendable supplies provided for the analysis, and an analysis-ID control unit giving an ID to the analysis, the analysis ID being used as information for identifying the analysis to derive a calibration curve. Data stored in the storage unit is organized along the same time axis both in the order of samples subjected to the analysis and inspection, and in the order of analysis items, so that the data is output in a total data display area. The data is organized from the viewpoint of an analysis process of an analysis item of each sample. By use of information used to identify an influence range based on a kind of an abnormal state, which is stored beforehand, a judgment is made as to whether or not it is necessary to perform reinspection.

  • Patent number: 6721685
Abstract: A maintenance monitor mechanism 300 comprises of a maintenance control section 310 that controls and carries out remote maintenance of an apparatus-to-be-maintained, a maintenance history storage unit 320 that records maintenance history, and a display unit 350. The maintenance control section 310 acquires the date and time of the maintenance last carried out from the maintenance history storage unit 320 and displays “Maintenance Not Problematic” if the difference between the last maintenance date and time and the present date and time does not exceed a required maintenance interval or displays “Maintenance Problematic” if the difference exceeds the interval. With said arrangement, it is possible to provide a remote maintenance system that informs the personnel in charge as to whether maintenance has been carried out surely and correctly and to definitely judge whether the apparatus is really in a usable condition.

  • Patent number: 6599749
Abstract: An automated analyzer device has a main conveyance line capable of conveying a sample rack holding a sample, a plurality of analysis units arranged along the main conveyance line, a rack supplying device for supplying the sample rack to the main conveyance line and a rack housing device for housing the sample rack conveyed by the main conveyance line. The automated analyzer includes a controller for confirming that there is no sample rack on the main conveyance line before the main conveyance line receives the sample rack from the rack supplying device. The controller controls operation of the main conveyance line so as to convey the sample rack received from the rack supplying device by the main conveyance line to a position corresponding to a specific one of the plurality of analysis units by which the sample rack is to be received without stopping.
