A plastic insert is positioned in the opening. A belt opening is provided through the insert and this opening includes a linear central portion and an arcuate and transversely extending portion at each end. An antirotation lip is formed around the insert opening. In addition, a central aperture in the plate reduces the weight of the shoulder guide while reinforcing beads formed around the sides of the aperture rigidify the plate.
