  • Publication number: 20220273089
Abstract: The present invention relates to a warming tool (1) in which a heat generating element (3) is held between a topsheet (5) that faces a heating target and a backsheet (6) that is located on a side away from the heating target, and a method for manufacturing the same. The heat generating element (3) has a first sheet (3f) arranged opposing the topsheet (5), a second sheet (3g) arranged opposing the backsheet (6), and a heat generating portion (3a) sandwiched between the first sheet (3f) and the second sheet (3g). In the warming tool (1), a perfume (8) and an adhesive (7) are arranged between the second sheet (3g) and the backsheet (6), and a region in which the adhesive (7) is arranged and a region in which the perfume (8) is not arranged overlap each other in a plan view.

  • Patent number: 11337866
Abstract: A absorbent member manufacturing method of the invention is a method for manufacturing an absorbent member (100) including synthetic fibers (10b). The method involves: a transporting step of transporting a plurality of sheet fragments (10bh) including synthetic fibers (10b) to an accumulating depression (41) by using a duct 3; an accumulating step of accumulating, in the accumulating depression (41), the plurality of sheet fragments (10bh) transported in the transporting step, and forming an accumulation (100a?) which is a constituent member of the absorbent member (100); and a pressing step of pressing the accumulation (100a?) over its entirety in the thickness direction.

  • Publication number: 20200383849
Abstract: Disclosed is an individual package (100) of a napkin (101) having a longitudinal direction (x1) corresponding to the wearer's front-rear direction and a lateral direction (y1) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, the napkin (101) including a topsheet (102), a backsheet (103), and an absorbent core (110) arranged between the two sheets (102, 103), the napkin being packaged in a folded-up state. The napkin (101) is folded up in the longitudinal direction (x1) of the napkin (101), with the topsheet (102) on the inside, along a first folded/bent portion (IP1) and a second folded/bent portion (IP2) that extend in the lateral direction (y1) of the napkin (101). The absorbent core (110) includes a plurality of sheet fragments (10bh) including synthetic fibers (10b), and the sheet fragments (10bh) are provided at least on the topsheet (102) side in a thickness direction of the absorbent core (110).

  • Patent number: 9464371
Abstract: A rotating drum (1) has a collecting/stacking recess (2) in the outer peripheral surface thereof, and includes: a drum body (3); and an air-permeable porous member (4) that forms the bottom surface (2A) of the collecting/stacking recess (2). The porous member (4) is sandwiched between: an outer shaping member (6) arranged so as to oppose the bottom surface (2A); and an inner shaping member (7) arranged between the porous member (4) and the drum body (3). Both the shaping members (6, 7) are arranged so as to overlap the porous member (4). Each shaping member (6, 7) has a recess-bottom-surface corresponding section (6A, 7A) that overlaps the bottom surface (2A) of the collecting/stacking recess (2) in a planar view thereof, and that is constituted by: a plurality of openings (65, 75) that penetrate the recess-bottom-surface corresponding section (6A, 7A) in the thickness direction; and an opening defining section (60, 70) that partitions and forms the openings (65, 75).
