  • Patent number: 8970719
Abstract: Based on pixel value conversion coefficients, a pixel value converter converts pixel values of image signals obtained by imaging a same subject a plurality of times while mutually differentiating an exposure value. A synthesizing/weighting coefficient creation unit creates a synthesizing/weighting coefficient. A difference creation unit creates short-time exposure image data and long-time exposure image data. A weighting/synthesizing unit synthesizes the short-time exposure image data and the long-time exposure image data by using the synthesizing/weighting coefficient. A controller evaluates the difference, and updates the pixel value conversion coefficient so that the difference becomes smaller.

  • Patent number: 8964109
Abstract: A flash detection unit is configured to detect whether or not each frame of image data includes a high luminance portion due to a flash. A holding unit is configured to hold a past frame of the image data. A correction processing unit is configured to, if it is detected by the flash detection unit that frames include high luminance portions, correct the image data so as to consolidate a first image data and a second image data into one frame. The first image data is included in a first portion in a first frame stored in the holding unit. The second image data is included in a second portion in a second frame which is adjacent to the first frame. The first and second portions are high luminance portions.

  • Patent number: 8947588
Abstract: A flash detection unit calculates a line average luminance of each line of the current screen of image data and a screen average luminance of a past screen at least one screen before the current screen and compares the calculated line average luminance with the calculated screen average luminance to detect whether the current screen includes a line of high luminance due to a flash. A holding unit holds the past screen of the image data. A flash correction unit, if it is detected that some lines of the current screen have high luminance, replaces the lines having high luminance in the current screen with corresponding lines of the past screen held in the holding unit to correct the image data.

  • Patent number: 8910704
Abstract: An outer peripheral sealing surface of an inner surface of a core plate of a header tank is configured into a loop and extends along an outer peripheral edge portion of the core plate and clamps a packing in cooperation with an outer peripheral end portion of a tank main body of the header tank. A transition section of the outer peripheral sealing surface connects between a primary section and a secondary section, which are located in two different planes, respectively, and the plane of the secondary section is the same as a plane of a boundary portion sealing surface held between two tube connecting surfaces in the core plate.

  • Publication number: 20110168364
Abstract: In a heat exchanger with a plurality of tubes, a header tank includes a core plate bonded to the tubes, a tank body fixed to the core plate, and an elastic member arranged between a bottom portion of a groove portion provided at an outer peripheral portion of the core plate and a tip end portion of the tank body to be elastically deformable therebetween. The elastic member is provided with a position determination portion which protrudes approximately in parallel with an inner bottom surface of the bottom portion of the groove portion. Furthermore, the position determination portion is configured in the elastic member to have a clearance between the position determination portion and the bottom surface of the bottom portion of the groove portion, and a clearance between the position determination portion and the tip end portion of the tank body.
