  • Patent number: 6292077
Abstract: To provide an electromagnetic actuator, having a large stroke and capable of producing the maximum thrust at a retreated stroke end, which is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. The electromagnetic actuator comprises an electromagnetic coil 1, a magnetic frame 3 arranged on the periphery thereof, a movable iron core 5 slidable in a central hole 4 of the coil 1, a first sleeve 6 coupled with the magnetic frame 3 at one end side of the central hole 4 of the coil, and a second sleeve 7 coupled with the magnetic frame 3 at the other end side of the central hole 4. The second sleeve 7 is spaced from the first sleeve 6 with a space (A+C) in the axial direction, and has an end thereof opposing the first sleeve 6 extended to a position in close proximity to the movable iron core 5 when the movable iron core 5 is at the retreated stroke end, but without being substantially fitted thereon, and extended to a position apart therefrom by a micro-distance A.

  • Patent number: 6109298
Abstract: A sealing article 17 is provided in the opening edge of a depression 2c provided in a manifold 2 to connect a supply connector 16 and a receiving connector 44 in an air-tight manner. A solenoid section 33, in which a solenoid 31 in each of pilot valve 21a and 21b and a receiving connector 44 that supplies power to connector 31 are sealed into a synthetic resin 45, is provided in a transfer valve 3A. Solenoid section 33 has a lamp circuit board 49 mounted on its outer surface to receive power from receiving connector 44, and includes power supply indicator lamps 48; and a cover 50, covering the whole of lamp circuit board 49, mounted to form an air-tight seal on its outer surface via a gasket 52.

  • Patent number: 6095489
Abstract: Two coil assemblies 2a and 2b each having a coil 6 wound around a bobbin 5, a fixed and a movable iron cores 8 and 11 provided in a center hole 7 of the bobbin 5, and a pair of pin-like coil terminals 9a and 9b protruding from the end surface from the bobbin 5 are integrated into a single magnetic frame sized so as to accommodate two coil assemblies simultaneously, or a single coil assembly 2a and a dummy member 3 having essentially the same external shape and size as the coil assembly are integrated into the magnetic frame. These components are sealed and integrated into a synthetic resin 22.

  • Patent number: 5996610
Abstract: A solenoid-operated valve assembly is configured in such a way that one of multiple receiving connectors 4A and 4B of different forms is attached to a first end block 2a via the corresponding one of holders 5A and 5B having the same mounting mechanism, thereby enabling either the receiving connector 4A or 4B to be selectively attached.

  • Patent number: 5983921
Abstract: A relay surface formed on a supply-and-ejection block has opened therein a pilot supply channel and a pilot ejection channel both in communication with each directional control valve through a manifold block, a supply branch passage branching from a supply port, and an ejection branch passage branching from an ejection port. The pilot supply and ejection channels are connected to a port for supplying a pilot fluid and a port for ejecting a pilot fluid, respectively, via a relay member mounted on the relay surface.
