  • Patent number: 10791660
Abstract: A connection structure of a shield terminal (30) is electrically connected and fixed to an opening end part of a tubular braided wire (20) covering a covered wire (10) along the long direction. The shield terminal (30) has: a tubular caulked part (33) for which the part folded back outwardly at the opening end part of the braided wire (20) is fixed by caulking to the outer peripheral surface by a caulking sleeve (40); and a pressure energizing part (35) provided near the caulked part (33) and pressed and energized so that the braided wire (20) does not move in relation to the covered wire (10).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 15, 2017
Date of Patent: September 29, 2020
    Assignee: YAZAKI CORPORATION
Inventors: Hiroki Kitagawa, Yuya Yamada, Kenta Yasuda, Ryuta Fujii

  • Patent number: 10069291
Abstract: A terminal fitting includes a cylindrical portion having a first crimping region and a second crimping region. A crimped state of a braided body extending through the terminal fitting is formed between the terminal fitting and a cable at the first crimping region such that relative movements of the terminal fitting and the braided body are prevented, and an end of the braided body is then folded back and positioned to face an outer surface of the cylindrical portion in a radial direction. The crimped state of the braided body is then formed between a sleeve and the terminal fitting at the second crimping region, so that the terminal fitting is fixed to the braided body.

  • Patent number: 10008784
Abstract: A spacer has a first cylindrical portion where a primary crimped state of a braided member is formed between the spacer and a cable. After the primary crimped state is formed, in a state in which a second flange of the terminal fitting fitted around the cable and the braided member is in contact with a first flange, a sleeve fitted around a second cylindrical portion forms a crimped state of the braided member between the sleeve and the terminal fitting at the second cylindrical portion, so that the terminal fitting is fixed to the braided member.

  • Patent number: 9376327
Abstract: A ceria-zirconia base composite oxide contains a composite oxide of ceria and zirconia. In the ceria-zirconia base composite oxide, a content ratio between cerium and zirconium in the composite oxide is in a range from 43:57 to 48:52 in terms of molar ratio ([cerium]:[zirconium]). An intensity ratio of a diffraction line at 2?=14.5° to a diffraction line at 2?=29° {I(14/29) value} and an intensity ratio of a diffraction line at 2?=28.5° to the diffraction line at 2?=29° {I(28/29) value}, which are calculated from an X-ray diffraction pattern obtained by an X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKa after heating under a temperature condition of 1100° C. in air for 5 hours, respectively satisfy the following conditions: I(14/29) value?0.015, and I(28/29) value?0.08.
