  • Publication number: 20090066779
Abstract: A line head includes a lens array having a plurality of positive lens systems in a first direction. Each positive lens system has a pair of lenses with positive refractive power. A light emitter array disposed on an object side of the lens array has a plurality of light emitting elements disposed corresponding to the positive lens systems. An aperture plate forms an aperture stop on the object side of the pair of lenses. • Publication number: 20090035020
Abstract: The invention provides an optical write linehead comprising a plurality of light emitter devices in rows located in association with each of a plurality positive lenses lined up in array form and designed such that even when the surface of the linehead with light emitter devices lined up on it and the write surface thereof fluctuate in the optical axis direction, there is no variation from misalignments of light-emission dots. The linehead comprises a light emitter array 1 including a plurality of light emitter blocks 4 located at least in the main scan direction at intervals. Each light emitter block 4 includes at least one row of a plurality of light emitter devices lined up in array form in the main scan direction. One each positive lens system 5 is located on the exit side of the light emitter array 1 and in line with each light emitting block 4. A write surface 41 is located on the imaging side of the lens array.

  • Publication number: 20080225108
Abstract: A line head, includes: a plurality of light emitting elements that are grouped into light emitting element groups, and an array that includes a plurality of imaging optical systems provided with respect to each light emitting element group which focus light beams emitted from the light emitting element groups toward a latent image-forming surface being conveyed in a second direction normal to or substantially normal to a first direction, wherein the plurality of imaging optical systems face positions on the latent image-forming surface mutually different in the second direction, and the respective imaging optical systems are constructed in accordance with differences in facing positions on the latent image-forming surface in the second direction.

  • Publication number: 20080106590
Abstract: The invention provides an optical write line head comprising multiple rows of light emitter devices lined up corresponding to the respective positive lenses located in array form, wherein even with a fluctuation of its write plane in an optical axis direction, there is none of variations resulting from displacements of light emitting dots. A plurality of light emitter blocks 4, each including at least one row of light emitter devices lined up in a main scan direction, are located at a spacing in the main scan direction to define a light emitter array 1. On the exit side of the light emitter array 1, a lens array 6 comprising one positive lens system 5 in alignment with each light emitter block 4 is located parallel with the light emitter array 1, and a write plane 41 is located parallel on the imaging side of the lens array 6.
