Abstract: Verification of not only medication completion information but also information indicating post-medication conditions can be realized. The medication completion information indicating the fact of the medication having been administered to a target recipient is obtained, and the obtained medication completion information is stored in association with the unique identification information of the target recipient. The post-medication information indicating the condition of the target recipient after the medication is obtained from the user terminal, and the obtained post-medication information is stored in association with the medication completion information. Medication certification information is created based on the stored medication completion information and post-medication information, and the process for submitting the created medication certification information from the target recipient to an organization is controlled.

Abstract: The use of medication certification information can be expanded. Medication certification information is generated based on the information indicating medication status for each medication target recipient, and a token having management information for managing the medication certification information as an attribute value and including information indicating the usage history of the medication certification information in the attribute value is generated and stored. Each time the medication certification information is used, the information indicating the usage history of the token is updated, and upon receipt of a reference request for the usage history of the medication certification information from the terminal device, the information indicating the usage history included in the attribute value of the corresponding token is transmitted to the terminal device of the request source.

Abstract: A provision device includes processing circuitry configured to store patient information on each patient and examination-treatment information on examination and treatment on each patient dispersedly, acquire consent information indicating consent for provision of the patient information and the examination-treatment information from each patient to a third-party organization and add the consent information to the patient information in a storage, generate provision information obtained by combining the patient information containing the consent information and the examination-treatment information with respect to each patient, and provide the generated provision information to the third-party organization in response to a request from the third-party organization.
