With the recess in the upper wall opening upward and the insertion part of the top flange inserted into the recess, a molten resin poured into the through-hole of the insertion part from above fills the recess from the bottom surface thereof up to the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion and the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole.
