    Abstract: A vehicle body structure is proved that basically includes a pair of side frame members and a pair of suspension support members. The side frame members extend in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body structure and are configured to absorb energy imparted during a collision in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body structure by undergoing an axial collapse. The suspension support members are arranged parallel to the side frame members. The suspension support members serve to support a suspension link member, and are configured to bend during the collision. Each of the suspension support members includes a rotation inducing structure that is configured to induce a bending rotation of the suspension support members during the collision upon an imparted load input from the collision being equal to or larger than a predetermined value.
