A compound database platform of an in-memory database may create a report result via a data flow merge operation that combines multiple data sources into a single data source, based on the web intelligence data model authoring information, the data sources, and the data access. The report result may be stored in the report repository, and the web intelligence data model may be associated with a Web intelligence document as a data Source (“WaaS”) reusable in other documents.

Abstract: To determine a row with modified data, a dataset is retrieved from a data store and displayed on a user interface in rows and columns. A first database index corresponding to the rows is generated and stored in a technical column in the data store. An input is received on the UI to modify the displayed dataset and the modified dataset is stored in the data store. A second database index corresponding to the rows including modified dataset is generated and the associated field of the technical column in the data store is updated with the second database index. The row including the modified dataset is determined based on the second database index stored in the technical column.

It is determined whether a source key of a source table and a target key of a target table are on compatible flows, each of the source table and the target table comprising at least one dimension column and one measure column. The source key is a combination of one or more dimensions in the source table and the target key is a combination of one or more dimensions in the target table. On determining that the source key and the target key are not on incompatible flows, the source key is projected on the intersection of the source key and the target key.
