Abstract: The method for manufacturing a hollow glass article comprises the following steps: introducing a blank (38) of the article into a finishing mold (26), and forming the article in the finishing mold (26), by injecting at least one gas and a forming pressure inside the blank (38) of the article. During formation of the article in the finishing mold (26), at least one gas injection point (54A) is displaced for directing the gas towards at least one predefined area of the blank (38), the gas being injected at least at a finishing pressure in order to form a specific inner glass distribution of the article.

Abstract: A device for forming a hollow glass article from a parison is provided. The hollow glass article includes a ring extending around an axis, a body and at least one shoulder extending between the ring and body. The device includes a mold including a plurality of portions movable between a closed configuration and an open configuration. The closed configuration defines a first imprint for forming the body of the article. The device also includes a blowing head movable between a blowing position and a rest position. In the blowing position, the blowing head injects at least one gas jet into an inside of the parison. The blowing head includes at least one face defining a second imprint for forming at least one portion of the at least one shoulder in the blowing position. A method and hollow glass article are also provided.

Abstract: The installation for manufacturing a glass bottle (1) comprises a blank mould (10) formed of two semi-shells (10a and 10b) each comprising a cavity (11) of shape substantially corresponding to the outer shape of a semi-body of the body of the bottle, means for depositing a gob of glass (8) in the cavity (11) of each semi-shell (10a, 10b), two punches each able to be moved between a passive position and an active applied position in the cavity (11) of the corresponding semi-shell (10a, 10b) to distribute the glass within the cavity (11) and define the walls of each semi-body, and means for applying the edges of the two semi-bodies against one another by applying a determined pressure to hot-weld together these edges of the two semi-bodies and to obtain the bottle.
