Abstract: A package containing tamper evident features includes a closure for closing the package and an access point that provides access to contents of the package. The closure includes a ring surrounding the closure which is connected to the package, a lid, substantially covering the access point when the lid is closed on the package, a removable tab secured between a portion of the lid and the ring and a plurality of tear off webs between the ring and the lid. The tear off webs are releasably connected between the ring and the lid. Opening of the package by opening the lid requires both removal of the tab from the tube and breaking of the first tear off webs. Removal of the tab forms a window at least partially provided in the lid.

Abstract: A closure for a pouch comprising: (a) a cylindrical sleeve having a first open end and a second open end, (b) a longitudinal slit in the cylindrical sleeve having a close end proximate to the first end of the cylindrical sleeve and an open end at the second end of the cylindrical sleeve; (c) a rod adapted to be arranged concentrically within the cylindrical sleeve having a first end and a second end, the first end of the rod being adapted to engage with the first end of the cylindrical sleeve; and (d) a child-proof lock adapted to be removably connected to the second end of the cylindrical sleeve or to the second end of the rod to block the open end of the longitudinal slit.

Abstract: A blister dispenser for unitary dosage forms such as tablets having a housing formed of side walls and a bottom and having a closeable lid with a plurality of cavities to hold the unitary dosage forms. The unitary dosage forms can be sealed into the cavities by a breakable film. The housing has a dispensing opening, and a unitary dosage form may dispensed by pressing the cavity to force the unitary dosage form through the film into the enclosed area defined by the housing and closed lid and then manipulating the housing to direct the unitary dosage form through the dispensing opening.
