The hollow conveying body additionally accommodates a rod (14) which extends jutting out from the inlet flange and around which the movable piston is capable of sliding, the movable piston and the rod being configured so as to allow the fluid to flow between them from the inlet flange to the distribution element. A heating element (22) is arranged on the rod (14), between said rod and the movable piston (8), such that the fluid flowing between the rod and the movable piston is set to flow in contact with the heating element (22).
