Abstract: A computing system locates session state data associated with a preceding data review session corresponding to a user in response to a request to initiate a new data review session for the user. The session state data includes an identifier of a next document to be reviewed, and filter settings of the preceding data review session. The computing system locates the next document to be reviewed based on the session state data and provides the located next document to be reviewed in a graphical user interface when initiating the new data review session for the user. The new data review session is based on the filter settings in the session state data.

Abstract: A Download Control Message instructs a set-top terminal in a cable television system to located and immediately begin downloading a code or other data object available over the cable system. The Download Control Message specifies, for example, the size, name, version and location (URL or transport stream and PID) of the object to be acquired by the set-top terminal. The terminal accordingly can begin immediate acquisition of the object. An address or other characteristic associated with the Download Control Message allows the system operator to target the Message to a particular set-top terminal or group of terminals.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating margin sensitive pricing quotation in an integrated price adjustment system including: a) selecting products in selected product sets; b) providing pricing data corresponding to the products in selected product sets; c) providing guidance elements for products in selected product sets wherein guidance elements are margin sensitive; d) calculating guidance prices for products based upon guidance elements; e) selecting one of either pricing data or guidance prices; and f) generating a quotation based upon selections made such that margin sensitive pricing adjustments are incorporated into quotations. In some example embodiments, the present invention further includes providing predetermined suggestions for modifying the quotation.

Abstract: The present invention provides highly dispersible spray-dried powder compositions, and in particular, inhaleable dry powder compositions for aerosolized delivery to the lungs. The powders of the invention are produced by spray drying a 4 ?-helix bundle protein under conditions which both (i) protect the protein from aggregation and (ii) provide particles suitable for inhalation (i.e., demonstrating superior aerosol performance).

Abstract: Methods are provided for preparing spray-dried, drug-containing particles comprising the steps of selecting (i) a drug and an optional excipient, wherein the combination of the drug and optional excipient has an effective pI, and (ii) an aqueous solution having a pH that is different from the effective pI; (b) combining the solution and the drug and optional excipient, wherein an absolute net charge is associated with the drug and optional excipient as a result of an absolute difference between the pH and effective pI; and (c) spray drying the solution to form the spray-dried, drug-containing particles. Particles and compositions comprising the prepared particles as well as methods of use are also provided.

When the message to download new or additional code objects lists two or more objects to be acquired, the set-top terminal will only enable and execute downloaded objects if all the listed objects are successfully acquired. If only some of the objects the terminal has been instructed to download are acquired, those downloaded objects may either be purged or stored in memory without being enabled and executed. The system operator may specify in the message instructing the terminal to acquire new objects, whether the listed objects must be implemented as a group or not at all.
