Abstract: A loudspeaker damping assembly can mechanically damp or isolate a loudspeaker transducer from a mounting surface. The damping assembly can include a loudspeaker housing or frame that receives a loudspeaker transducer, and a flexible, deformable, or conformable flange damper extending outward from an edge of the loudspeaker housing. The flange damper can be positioned against a loudspeaker wall or ceiling mounting surface. The damping assembly optionally includes a clamp damper opposite the flange damper, or a peripheral edge damper at an outer perimeter edge of the loudspeaker housing. In an example, a loudspeaker system includes a low frequency first transducer and an array of high frequency transducers overlapping a front face of the low frequency transducer. • Publication number: 20160352322
Abstract: Example implementations relate to controlling a field-effect transistor (FET) switch in a load switch circuit. A digital pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage signal may be applied to a gate of a FET switch. The pulse width of the PWM voltage signal may be set to a first value. The pulse width of the digital PWM voltage signal may be digitally incremented to a second value. The digital PWM voltage signal having the pulse width of the second value may be applied to the gate of the FET switch.

  • Publication number: 20160321914
Abstract: A method for automatically transmitting an activation signal from a trainable transceiver to a remote electronic system, includes receiving, at a control circuit of the trainable transceiver, image data from an image data source; determining, using the control circuit, if the received image data matches one or more reference images stored in memory and associated with the remote electronic system; and determining, in response to a match between the received image data and the one or more reference images, if the trainable transceiver is approaching the remote electronic system. The method includes, in response to determining that the trainable transceiver is approaching the remote electronic system, formatting an activation signal to control the remote electronic system and transmitting, using a transceiver circuit, the activation signal formatted to control the remote electronic system.
