The first position comprises the outer sleeve concentrically disposed around the sand bailer and the second position comprises the outer sleeve concentrically disposed around the fish neck after an interaction between the outer sleeve and the obstruction. The outer sleeve comprising a plurality of panels connected to one another by a plurality of stretchable elements.

After the first plug of cement has set, the wellbore abandonment fluid is flowed into the wellbore such that the wellbore abandonment fluid contacts and is uphole of the first plug of cement within the wellbore. After flowing the wellbore abandonment fluid into the wellbore, a second plug of cement is flowed into the wellbore such that the second plug of cement contacts and is uphole of the wellbore abandonment fluid.

Upon completion of the communication session, the OCS is contacted to report the actual number of units used during the session so that the account of the subscriber can be adjusted. In some examples, the IMS tags the CDR provided to the billing system to indicate that the OCS was not able to authorize the communication session. In this way, the billing system is notified that the OCS is to be contacted so that the subscriber's balance can be adjusted.

    Abstract: A plug assembly used in a wellbore fracturing process includes an annular housing that is set in the wellbore, and a ball that lands and seats in the housing. The housing and ball form a pressure barrier in the wellbore that isolates one portion of the wellbore from an adjacent portion. Pressurizing the portion of the wellbore isolated by the plug assembly generates fractures in a formation around that portion of the wellbore. The ball is not reactive with wellbore fluid or affected by wellbore conditions. Fluid communication across the plug assembly is reestablished by fracturing or milling the ball within the housing. Wellbore operations are conducted by inserting downhole tools through a bore axially formed in the housing.
