    Abstract: A remote surveillance video camera mounted to a pan and tilt drive is provided with a co-mounted light fixture which moves with the camera to illuminate the field of view of the camera. The light fixture is actuatable independent of the camera. The camera may be mounted to the pole through a lifting and lowering device equipment with a separable coax connector automatically connected and disconnected by operation of the lifting and lowering device.
