Presence data indicative of a mobile device detecting a target hotspot is received via a network. An alternatives list for the target hotspot is determined based on an identification of the target hotspot and the establishment data. The hotspot payoff is caused to be sent to the mobile device for display, the payoff including the alternatives list.
