  • Patent number: 6975078
Abstract: A dimming-control lighting apparatus for an incandescent electric lamp with less accompanying color temperature change, using a dimming power source installed in TV studios or theater stages, is disclosed. The voltage of the first filament whose rated voltage is lower than the maximum output voltage of a dimming power source rapidly rises to the sawtooth voltage of the dimming power source, and after the first filament reaches a constant color temperature, the output of the second filament having the same rated voltage as the maximum output voltage of the dimming power source is delayed to thereby light the second filament.

  • Patent number: 5075814
Abstract: An external magnetizing method and external magnetizing apparatus for a rotary electric apparatus having internal permanent magnets, which obtains permanent magnetization of metal pieces fixed along the internal circumference of a yoke from the outside of the yoke while the rotor is situated within the yoke. The external magnetizing method includes the steps of creating the permanent magnets by applying a voltage from a capacitor power source to a yoke magnetizing device adjacent the external circumference of the motor yoke, then incrementally rotating the rotor in its normal rotating direction and thereafter reapplying the capacitor power source voltage to the yoke magnetizing means to again magnetize the metal pieces to obtain a more uniform magnetization when using a capacitor power supply .

  • Patent number: 4859496
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of producing an electrically-conductive transparent film. A substrate is placed in contact at its surface with a stream of reactive gas which comprises a tin compound, oxygen and an impurity material that enhances the conductivity of the film to be produced. The surface of the substrate is partially irradiated by a laser beam. The reactive gas in contact with the laser beam projected portion on the substrate surface is decomposed and deposits on the portion so that a high-conductivity transparent film of tin oxide (SnO.sub.2) is formed only on the portion on the substrate surface.

  • Patent number: 4598002
Abstract: The present invention relates to the core bar of steering wheels. The core bar comprises a ring part formed into a hollow pipe-shaped form having a hollow part using at least one metal plate; a coating layer made of a synthetic resin covering the entire surface of the ring part; and a regulating means installed on the ring part to prevent the movement of the coating layer on the ring part in the direction of the periphery of the cross section of the ring part. The ring part has reinforcing fillers packed into its hollow part.
