Abstract: To create a comic advertisement through a simple procedure. A comic advertisement creation assistance system 1 includes: a template registration part 11 configured to store comic template information containing a plurality of comic images and attribute information of each of the plurality of comic images; and a template recommendation part 20 configured to identify comic images from the comic template information based on advertisement attribute information and comic image attribute information designated by an advertisement creator and comic images previously searched for or designated by users, the comic images being related to the previously searched or designated comic images.
