  • Patent number: 6814991
Abstract: Packaging container, packaged food and packaged feed, with the packaging container being produced by: preparing a hole-sealing sheet by providing, on a back surface of a base material whose bending strength (S) represented by the following formula (A) is no less than 0.20 m3/N, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer whose vertical peeling strength at 40° C., with respect to a surface of the gas-impermeable container, is in the range of 0.3-2 N/cm; and sealing a vent hole in the gas-impermeable container by the hole-sealing sheet. Packaged food and feed are obtained by enclosing food and feed in the packaging container. S=L/W(m3/N)  (A) wherein L: Critical length measured by a Clark degree testing machine (m) W: Weight per 1 m2 of the sheet base material (N/m2).

  • Publication number: 20020054938
Abstract: The present invention provides an economical packaging container, an economical packaged food and packaged feed. Specifically, the packaging container is produced by: forming at least one vent hole in a gas-impermeable container; preparing a hole-sealing sheet by providing, on a back surface of a gas-impermeable sheet base material whose bending strength (S) represented by the following formula (A) is no less than 0.20 m3/N, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer whose vertical peeling strength at 40° C., with respect to a surface of the container in which the at least one vent hole is formed, is in the range of 0.3-2 N/cm; and sealing each vent hole by the hole-sealing sheet. The packaged food and packaged feed are obtained by airtightly enclosing food, feed or the like in such a packaging container.

  • Publication number: 20010012530
Abstract: The present invention provides packaged food and a container for packaging food, in which a hole-sealing sheet which seals a vent hole formed at a portion of the container cannot so easily be peeled off but, when the food is heated by an microwave oven, the hole-sealing sheet automatically comes off at the time when the food contained in the container has reached the adequately cooked state. Specifically, the packaged food of the present invention is produced by enclosing food, which contains water or an aqueous solution by an amount suitable for heating by an microwave oven, in the container for packaging food, the container for packaging food having, on one side thereof, a surface portion made of plastic sheet, at least one vent hole being formed in the vicinity of the center of the surface portion, the vent hole being sealed by an adhesive hole-sealing sheet whose vertical peeling strength is no less than 1 N/cm in the temperature range of 40° C. or lower and is no higher than 0.
