    Abstract: A visual device may be configured to control a display of the visual device based on a proximity to a user of the visual device. Accordingly, the visual device receives an input associated with a user of the visual device. The visual device determines an identity of the user of the visual device based on the input associated with the user. The visual device configures the visual device based on the identity of the user. The visual device determines that the visual device configured based on the identity of the user is located at an impermissible distance from a portion of the face of the user. The visual device causes a display of the visual device to interrupt presentation of a user interface based on the determining that the visual device is located at the impermissible distance from the portion of the face of the user.
