Abstract: The present invention relates to cell culture, more specifically to cell culture which may be cell culture such as stem cell culture, embryonic stem cell (ESC) culture and primary cell culture. Disclosed herein are compositions of matter, including without limitation cell matrices, matrix-forming formulations and cell cultures, wherein the cells may be cells such as stem cells, such as ESC, or primary cells, such as keratinocyte and fibroblast cells.
