  • Patent number: 6424002
Abstract: A memory cell in a simple structure having a long life, less variations in the structure and writing characteristic, and a higher operation speed, free from the problem of over-erasure, and permitting down-sizing is disclosed. Floating gate electrodes are arranged on a channel region with a gate insulating film therebetween. A control gate is formed on the floating gate electrodes with a tunnel insulating film therebetween. A central part of the control gate electrode is provided on the channel region to form a select gate. Source/drain regions having the select gate therebetween and the select gate form a select transistor. The coupling capacitance between each of the floating gate electrodes and the control gate electrode is set much larger than the coupling capacitance between each of the floating gate electrodes and the substrate.

  • Patent number: 4951962
Abstract: A vibration-proof structure for axle beam of a motor vehicle has an axle beam composed of a long cylindrical body of a letter U-shaped section opening downwards, which is disposed in the width direction of the motor vehicle. Axles are provided at both ends of the long cylindrical body, a stabilizer bar is disposed in the center of an interior of the long cylindrical body so as to connect the both ends of the long cylindrical body, and at least one vibration-proof rubber body is interposed between an inner wall of the axle beam and the stabilizer bar from the underside thereof in elastic contact therewith. The vibration-proof rubber body has an engaging member for engaging the vibration-proof rubber body with the axle beam or the stabilizer bar. The vibration-proof rubber body can be easily installed within the axle beam after the assembling of the axle beam and the stabilizer bar.

  • Patent number: 4314377
Abstract: A noise removing apparatus is interposed between an FM detecting circuit and a stereo demodulating circuit. The noise removing apparatus is responsive to a pulsive noise included in the output from the detecting circuit to enable a first gate to interrupt transmission of the output. Although the stereo pilot signal is disturbed during the interruption period, the disturbed stereo pilot signal is canceled by a pseudo-stereo pilot signal (a signal similar to the pilot signal) separately generated, whereby the disturbed stereo pilot signal is prevented from being applied to the stereo demodulating circuit.

  • Patent number: 4102806
Abstract: A novel and industrially feasible method of producing microcapsules, which comprises dissolving an oil-and-fat in an organic solvent by heating, dispersing a core material in the resultant solution, cooling the dispersion with stirring to coacervate the oil-and-fat on the core material, and separating and drying the resultant encapsulated particulate products.
