  • Publication number: 20060126113
Abstract: A printing apparatus reads out and prints image data from a specified image file stored in a predetermined format, including image data captured by digital cameras which has additional predetermined information. The printing apparatus includes a two-dimensional code generating unit configured to encode the additional predetermined information contained in the specified image data and print setting information indicating print conditions set for printing the image data into a two-dimensional code; and a printing unit configured to print an image of the generated two-dimensional code along with an image of the specified image data.

  • Patent number: 6926380
Abstract: For an ink jet recording apparatus that utilizes the STOP mode function of a CPU to reduce power consumption and a method for controlling the recording apparatus, many NMI interrupts occur due to chattering generated upon switching when the trigger for the restoration from the STOP mode is effectuated by use of the power switch, and the normal ON/OFF process for the power supply is disabled. For example, therefore, an ink jet recording apparatus, which is provided with a CPU having plural modes including a mode to reduce the power consumption by suspending the clock signal as an operational mode, and receives a signal from a power switching unit as an NMI interrupt signal for the execution of NMI interrupt process, is arranged to be provided with a controller for prohibiting the NMI interrupt until operation is completed by way of the status of the recording apparatus with respect to the NMI interrupt process to be executed by the input of the signal from the power switching unit.

  • Patent number: 6462503
Abstract: A device is provided for chopping a control signal of an initial excitation phase or a final excitation phase by a predetermined cycle during low speed rotation control of an excitation phase control signal (excitation control signal) of a stepping motor when acceleration control and deceleration control of the stepping motor are effected, thereby reducing an excessively great driving current created during low speed rotation of the stepping motor, particularly the initial retaining excitation period during acceleration control and the final retaining excitation period during deceleration.

  • Patent number: 4584580
Abstract: A variable-narrow-band rejection filter is inserted in a reception signal path for rejecting a jamming wave. Signals at input and output terminals of the narrow-band rejection filter are picked up by a pair of first and second bandpass filters each having a center frequency that can be passed thereby which is equal to a rejection frequency of the narrow-band rejection filter. A phase difference between outputs from the bandpass filter is detected by a phase comparator, and the detected signal is supplied through a switch to a hold circuit in which the supplied signal is held. The rejection frequency of the narrow-band rejection filter is adjusted into conformity with the jamming wave frequency by an output from the hold circuit. The levels of the output signals from the first and second bandpass filters are detected respectively by a pair of first and second level detectors, and the detected outputs are compared by a comparator.

  • Patent number: 4395779
Abstract: A narrow-band rejection filter inserted in a received signal path is arranged so that its rejection frequency may be changed by a control signal; the narrow-band rejection filter is controlled so that its rejection frequency may substantially coincide with the center frequency of a jamming wave; thereafter, the phase difference between signals on the input and the output side of the narrow-band rejection filter is detected; and the abovesaid narrow-band rejection filter is controlled by a signal corresponding to the phase difference so that its rejection frequency may automatically coincide with the center frequency of the jamming wave.
