  • Patent number: 11338101
Abstract: An oxygen supply device supplying a user with an oxygen gas for inhalation acquires information of the user on percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) using a sensor unit, and calculates, from SpO2, the first moving average value and the second moving average value calculated over a time span longer than the first moving average in a control unit. The control unit calculates a Dip frequency during predetermined time from the SpO2 information, and when the calculated frequency is equal to or larger than the first threshold, the control unit switches the control from the control based on the first moving average value of SpO2 to the control based on the second moving average value.

  • Patent number: 11185651
Abstract: A positive pressure therapy device for congestive heart failure includes: a pressure raising unit configured to raise a pressure of an air or a gas mixture of the air and other gases to a positive pressure; an introducing unit configured to introduce the air or the gas mixture that is set to a positive pressure into the airway of a patient; and a blood oxygen level measuring unit configured to measure a value of a blood oxygen level of the patient. A control unit monit is configured to control the pressure raising unit based on the value of the blood oxygen level that is measured by the blood oxygen level measuring unit.

  • Patent number: 11141070
Abstract: Provided are a means to detect a plurality of dynamics, a processing unit that calculates a temporal change in the detected dynamics, and an evaluation device that determines exacerbation of clinical conditions in heart failure of a patient based on the calculated change in the patient's dynamics over time. The present invention makes it possible to detect, early and with high accuracy, that the onset of acute heart failure is imminent.

  • Publication number: 20200094007
Abstract: The oxygen supply device supplying a user with an oxygen gas for inhalation comprises: a first sensor unit acquiring information on percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) of the user, a second sensor unit acquiring information on respiratory frequency per minute (BPM), and a control unit. Under the condition where the SpO2 level acquired by the first sensor unit is equal to or larger than the predetermined first threshold and the BPM value acquired by second sensor unit is equal to or larger than the predetermined second threshold, the control unit regards the condition as a possible sign of CO2 narcosis that exhibits an increase in PaCO2 level, and thus judges the condition as an abnormal sign. Then the control unit executes controls such as stopping supply of the oxygen gas to the user, and the like.
