  • Publication number: 20240002543
Abstract: Multifunctional molecules that include i) an antigen binding domain that binds to a calreticulin protein; and one, two or all of: (ii) an immune cell engager (e.g., chosen from an NK cell engager, a T cell engager, a B cell engager, a dendritic cell engager, or a macrophage cell engager); (iii) a cytokine molecule; and/or (iv) a stromal modifying moiety are disclosed. Additionally disclosed are nucleic acids encoding the same, methods of producing the aforesaid molecules, and methods of treating a cancer using the aforesaid molecules.

  • Publication number: 20210095247
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for differentiating motor neurons from tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells, and a cell therapy agent using the same. The differentiation method of the present disclosure exhibits high differentiation potency into motor neurons, and thus enables a large quantity of motor neurons to be secured. Since the cells which are differentiated according to the present disclosure are obtained using discarded tonsillar tissues, there are fewer ethical issues. In addition, the cells are highly applicable as a cell therapy agent because they can be obtained easily in large quantities.

  • Publication number: 20040180385
Abstract: The application discloses a method of diagnosing an autoimmune disease in a mammal comprising: a) obtaining an antibody-containing sample from a subject suspected of suffering from the autoimmune disease, b) contacting said sample with a composition comprising PARP polypeptide; and c) detecting the presence of PARP polypeptide antigen/anti-PARP polypeptide antibody complex, which is indicative of the presence of the autoimmune disease.
