Abstract: A system is provided for communicating to health care workers the turning, positioning and schedule requirements of dependent patients with pressure ulcers, or at risk for the development of pressure ulcers. The system includes a display indicating a clock face divided into sections each with a respective window location for displaying graphics of a display element illustrating a required lying position for the patient. Each of the display elements comprises a disk mounted on the substrate for rotation about a center axis thereof at right angles to the substrate with the graphics arranged thereon at angularly spaced positions around the axis so as to rotate a selected one of the graphics to the window to be displayed.
