    Abstract: HVAC control system's supervisory control is crucial for energy-efficient thermal comfort in buildings. The control logic is usually specified as ‘if-then-that-else’ rules that capture the domain expertise of HVAC operators, but they often have conflict that may lead to sub-optimal HVAC performance. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and system for optimized Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) control using domain knowledge combined with Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). The system disclosed utilizes Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) for conflict resolution in a HVAC control in combination with domain knowledge in form of control logic. The domain knowledge is predefined in an Expressive Decision Tables (EDT) engine via a formal requirement specifier consumable by the EDT engine to capture domain knowledge of a building for the HVAC control.

The voltage regulator includes a second circuit to provide the regulated output voltage on the output node based on the difference signal. The second circuit includes a first transistor coupled to receive the difference signal, a first feedback circuit to provide a first feedback signal to the feedback node, and a second feedback circuit to provide a second feedback signal to the feedback node. An open loop frequency response of the voltage regulator has a first pole and a second pole and the first feedback signal may adjust the frequency of the second pole based on a load current. The second feedback signal may adjust loop gain based on the load current.

In one example, a method includes sensing phase currents of a three-phase transformer; determining a centroid vector in an alpha-beta stationary reference frame based upon averaged values of the sensed phase currents; identifying a fault on a side of the transformer based upon a location of the centroid vector within the alpha-beta stationary reference frame, the location defined by a magnitude and an angle of the centroid vector; and adjusting operation of the power converter in response to the identified fault. In another example, a power converter includes a three-phase transformer connected between primary and secondary side three-phase bridges and control circuitry that can determine a centroid vector based upon sensed phase currents; identify a fault on a side of the three-phase transformer; and adjust operation of the power converter in response to the identified fault.

In the locked position, the lock holds the coil spring in a partially compressed, pre-load condition and the pivot bush at a partially retracted position relative to the cam until the lock is subsequently released by contact between the cam and the pivot bush during subsequent closure.

    Abstract: An IC chip test engine selects an instrument of an IC design based on an instrument access script, wherein the selected instrument comprises an IP block and a test data register (TDR) logically arranged upstream from the IP block. The IC chip test engine can also identify a set of SIBs gating access to the selected instrument and select a scan chain for operating the set of SIBs to control access to the selected instrument. The IC chip test engine augments the scan chain with data to cause at least a furthest downstream SIB of the set of SIBs that gates access to the selected instrument to transition to an opened state. The IC chip test engine can generate a set of load vectors for the scan chain to load the TDR of the selected instrument with data to apply a respective test pattern to the IP block.
