    Abstract: A voltage regulator includes a first circuit to generate a difference signal based on an input reference voltage, a regulated output voltage, and a signal on a feedback node. The voltage regulator includes a second circuit to provide the regulated output voltage on the output node based on the difference signal. The second circuit includes a first transistor coupled to receive the difference signal, a first feedback circuit to provide a first feedback signal to the feedback node, and a second feedback circuit to provide a second feedback signal to the feedback node. An open loop frequency response of the voltage regulator has a first pole and a second pole and the first feedback signal may adjust the frequency of the second pole based on a load current. The second feedback signal may adjust loop gain based on the load current.

The coil spring applies a biasing force to the spring support member, which operates to push the pivot bush against a cam on the leaf. A lock configured to rotate between locked and unlocked positions includes a finger that engages an engagement feature on the hinge support bracket when the lock rotates to the locked position as the leaf swings toward the open position. In the locked position, the lock holds the coil spring in a partially compressed, pre-load condition and the pivot bush at a partially retracted position relative to the cam until the lock is subsequently released by contact between the cam and the pivot bush during subsequent closure.

The IC chip test engine augments the scan chain with data to cause at least a furthest downstream SIB of the set of SIBs that gates access to the selected instrument to transition to an opened state. The IC chip test engine can generate a set of load vectors for the scan chain to load the TDR of the selected instrument with data to apply a respective test pattern to the IP block.

The frequency matching circuitry is configured to apply a DC voltage to the sense electrodes. The DC voltage is configured to change a stiffness of a spring of the proof mass. According to some embodiments, the change in the stiffness of the spring matches a resonance frequency between a sense mode and a drive mode. According to some embodiments, the sense electrodes are a comb structure.
