  • Publication number: 20240079358
Abstract: Stacked semiconductor devices, and related systems and methods, are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the stacked semiconductor device includes a package substrate and a die stack carried by the package substrate. The die stack can include at least a first semiconductor die carried by the package substrate, a second semiconductor die carried by the first semiconductor die. The first semiconductor die can have an upper surface and a first bond pad carried by the upper surface that includes a curvilinear concave depression formed in an uppermost surface of the first bond pad. The second semiconductor die has a lower surface and a second bond pad carried by the lower surface. The die stack can also include solder structure electrically coupling the first and second bond pads and at least partially filling the curvilinear concave depression formed in the uppermost surface of the first bond pad.

  • Patent number: 11894872
Abstract: A network node in an optical network dynamically generates a routing table based on attributes of the optical network. The network node obtains attributes characterizing the optical network, which includes multiple network nodes connected by optical links. The network node calculates cost values for sending data from the network node to one or more next hop nodes that are connected to the network node. Each particular cost value is associated with a probability of success of sending the data to a particular next hop node based on a particular permutation of the attributes characterizing the optical network. The network node generates a routing table correlating the permutations of the attributes with each next hop node based on the cost values.

  • Patent number: 11781689
Abstract: A tube fitting for connection to a tube includes a main body structure and a tube liner. The main body structure is configured to receive an end of the tube and fluidly connect the tube to another component. The tube liner is positioned at least partially within the main body structure and is configured to extend into the tube. The main body structure and the tube liner are configured such that, when the tube is fully inserted into the tube fitting, the end of the tube is positioned at a predetermined depth within the tube fitting, and the main body structure and the tube liner cooperate together to provide an audible indication to indicate that the tube has been fully inserted into the tube fitting.

  • Patent number: 11777955
Abstract: A method of detecting bots, preferably in an operating environment supported by a content delivery network (CDN) that comprises a shared infrastructure of distributed edge servers from which CDN customer content is delivered to requesting end users (clients). The method begins as clients interact with the edge servers. As such interactions occur, transaction data is collected. The transaction data is mined against a set of “primitive” or “compound” features sets to generate a database of information. In particular, preferably the database comprises one or more data structures, wherein a given data structure associates a feature value with its relative percentage occurrence across the collected transaction data. Thereafter, and upon receipt of a new transaction request, primitive or compound feature set data derived from the new transaction request are compared against the database. Based on the comparison, an end user client associated with the new transaction request is then characterized, e.g.
