The data process method includes: determining, by a transmitting node, a code block length N0 for encoding an information bit sequence to be transmitted according to a data characteristic for representing the information bit sequence to be transmitted and a preset parameter corresponding to the data characteristic; performing, by the transmitting node, polar encoding on the information bit sequence to be transmitted according to the code block length N0; and transmitting, by the transmitting node, a code block obtained through the polar encoding to a receiving node.

Abstract: A system and method for coding master information blocks (MIBs) for broadcast are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method performed by a communication node includes: identifying time sensitive bits among a master information block; placing the time sensitive bits at predetermined encoding positions, wherein the time sensitive bits at the predetermined encoding positions are encoded with a common property different than other bits of the master information block; encoding the master information block; and transmitting a broadcast message comprising the master information block.

The method includes: a serving base station receives an expected PMI of a terminal associated with the serving base station and a leakage PMI of a terminal associated with a cooperation base station, which is sent by the cooperation base station, wherein the expected PMI is corresponding to encoding codeword in an expected terminal direction, and the leakage PMI is corresponding to encoding codeword in an interference direction; the serving base station selects expected encoding codeword according to the expected PMI and selecting leakage precoding codeword according to the leakage PMI; and the serving base station convolve the expected encoding codeword and the leakage precoding codeword to obtain precoding codeword used for signal transmission by the serving base station. In the present invention, by use of the CoMP technology, the accuracy of reducing interference of edge user terminals is improved.
