The recommended items may be ranked by a ranking algorithm that may comprise a boosted rank model algorithm that customizes ranking to each of a plurality of client machines.

Abstract: A system for automatically generating a recommendation to migrate a wireless communication service account from a first wireless communication protocol to a second wireless communication protocol is provided. The system comprises a computer system, a data store comprising call metrics for a first plurality of base transceiver stations, wherein the base transceiver stations promote wireless communication according to the second wireless communication protocol, and an application stored in a memory of the computer system.
