The approach further identifies at least one decision maker based on an organizational relationship between the identified decision maker and the contributor and transmits the identification (name, etc.) of the contributor and the contribution made by the contributor to the identified decision maker, provided as a reply comprising a confidence level by a Question Answer system.

The embodiment may include receiving a candidate's resume and a job description from a database. The embodiment may also include generating interview questions based on common keywords or key phrases found in the resume and the job description. The embodiment may further include identifying critical points to be verified based on analysis of candidate responses to the generated interview questions. The embodiment may also include validating the critical points against data obtained from public records, official documentation, and documents submitted by the candidate. The embodiment may further include creating referenceable content which includes the identified critical points and a summary of the data used to validate the critical points.

    Abstract: According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, a system includes a user device to participate in a survey, and a server coupled with the user device to facilitate dynamic survey adjustment by performing a method that includes creating a survey based at least in part on a set of survey questions. The method further includes inserting an attentiveness question at a random position in the survey, wherein a response to the attentiveness question is indicative of an attentiveness of a survey taker to the survey. The method further includes, in response to receiving the response to the attentiveness question from the survey taker, performing one or more dynamic survey adjustments. The dynamic survey adjustments includes adjusting a weightage associated with one or more responses provided by the survey taker.
