Abstract: An example claim processing system and method are disclosed that employ analytics (e.g., machine-learning analytics) and artificial intelligence operations to evaluate a healthcare claim (medical, dental, or vision) with attachments and determine a likelihood of payment of the claim by a payer. In some embodiments, the example claim system and method may be implemented by a third-party service provider that serves as an intermediary entity between a service provider and a payer to provide claim processing analytics to the payer. In other embodiments, the example system and method may be implemented by a payer within its internal evaluation processes to improve its efficiency and workflow.

Abstract: An entryway system has at least one door having access hardware on both sides. The access hardware on both sides each have a first handing position that operates a latch and a second handing position that prevents latch operation. In response to a sensed condition, such as a trigger from a metal detector or other sensing device, one or both of the access hardware can be selectively re-handed from the first handing position to the second handing position.

Abstract: In a hybrid computing system including at least one analog processor and at least one digital processor an embedded problem is repeatedly run or executed on the analog processor(s) to generate a first plurality of candidate solutions to the computational problem, the candidate solutions are returned to the digital processor(s) which determine a value for at least one statistical feature of the candidate solutions, at least one programmable parameter of the plurality of analog devices in the analog processor(s) is adjusted to at least partially compensate for deviations from an expected value of the at least one statistical feature, the expected value of the at least one statistical feature inferred from the structure of the embedded problem, the embedded problem is again repeatedly run or executed on the analog processor(s) to generate a second plurality of candidate solutions to the computational problem.

Abstract: A system for remotely capturing and processing daily blood glucose data and of a patient comprises a first device configured to input blood glucose data of a patient, wherein the data is validated and encrypted within the first device. The First device is in wireless communication with the Second device, wherein the validated blood glucose level data should be at least for a concentration of blood glucose, and wherein the analysis data reading(s) of the blood glucose is transmitted to the database on Second device, wherein the database stores the analysis. A second device receives the validated data readings of the blood glucose, and wherein the blood glucose data reading(s) is combined with one or more previous data reading(s) already stored on the system.

Abstract: The invention provides a tongue vacuum cleaner that consists of a cleaner head having a dirty inlet facing the surface to be cleaned is mounted on a body that contains a separating filter that separates bacteria and rotting particles from an airflow entering the tongue vacuum cleaner by way of dirty air inlet. The dirty air goes into a refuge storage means, which is adapted to be removably mounted in the device. The storage means keeps the refuse letting the clean air pass out of the device from the bottom. After cleaning the tongue the refuse means is removed and the waste is washed away in the washbasin.
