The present invention provides a weatherproof mirror wherein a substrate, a reflective layer, and a sealing resin layer are disposed in that order. The substrate is made of a transparent plastic plate; the reflective layer is a metal layer; and the sealing resin layer exhibits flexibility and self-adhesive property at room temperature and constitutes a continuous phase. In a preferable aspect, the substrate has a plurality of micro grooves with V-shaped cross-sections and thus has a Fresnel lens structure.
