Abstract: The disclosure relates to a device for filling a bucket in a loading and transport device having a rear part of a frame structure with articulated arms rotatable by power units, and second arms attached by pivots to a bucket which is in a transport position rotatable by power units around pivots to an emptying position. A middle part of the bucket bottom is connected by pivots with a panel having rotatable arms. The panel is rotatable around pivots and is arranged to lift and shift material on top of the panel to the rear part of the bucket, after which, the front part of the bucket bottom is empty and the bucket is fillable by pushing forward and rotatable around a horizontal shaft such that a center of gravity of the bucket transfers onto a wheelbase of the loading and transport device.

Abstract: A device for gathering of logging waste in particular, by whose means logging waste is gathered from the ground by means of a dragging movement. The device that is substituted for a device that gathers waste by means of a grasping movement includes an arm (2) that has been connected with the arm of a crane (1) by the intermediate of an articulated joint (3), which arm (2) is pivoted by means of a power unit (4) around the articulated joint (3) against a backup plate (5) so as to incline the grab into a dragging position. The arms (6b) of the grab may also be provided with an arm (7), which, when it has been pivoted to the side (7a), prevents penetration of the grab arms (6b) below the ground surface and which, when they have been pivoted downwards (7b), permit compacting by means of the grab by means of a grab opening movement.

Abstract: Apparatus adapted to be connected to the free end of a boom carried by an appropriate vehicle for bulk lopping of trees, such for example as during forest thinning and for substantially simultaneous bucking and prestacking thereof. The apparatus includes a frame adapted to be connected to the boom, at least one pair of lifting and lopping arms pivotally mounted to respective elongate pivot members of the frame, the arms extending downwardly in an open position and movable inwardly to a closed position for engaging and suitably locating the trunks of the trees therebetween. Structure for feeding tree trunks through the apparatus include roll units fixed to the frame as well as roll units movably mounted on the frame, the latter being movable between a first open position for receiving the tree trunks engaged by the lifting and lopping arms and a second closed position defining an adjustable feeding pocket.
