  • Patent number: 10399762
Abstract: A packaging material is formed of a composite film obtained by bonding a first film formed of a resin film and a second film having a stretch ratio lower than a stretch ratio of the resin film forming the first film or formed of a non-oriented resin film. The first film has a linear cut, a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction of the cut, and a predetermined width in a direction perpendicular to the cut. The packaging material includes a first strongly bonded section in which the first film and the second film are firmly bonded and a first weakly bonded section and a second weakly bonded section provided at both sides of the first strongly bonded section, with the first film and the second film being weakly bonded in the first weakly bonded section and the second weakly bonded section.

  • Publication number: 20170001787
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a packaging container that can be industrially mass-produced, that can be used as Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) while ensuring sealing performance, and that allows contents to be displayed in a three-dimensional manner; a packaged product contained in the packaging container; and a manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus for the packaging container. This packaging container has: a container main body having a bottom face part and sidewall parts, and having a flange at the upper end part periphery of the sidewall parts; and a lid material heat-sealed to the flange. The lid material is made of a film or sheet. A pair of opposing sidewall parts has the same shape, and upper end parts of the pair of side wall parts are at least positioned higher than the upper end parts of another pair of opposing sidewall parts.

  • Publication number: 20160068324
Abstract: A resin packaging bag for a microwave oven, which is used with a peripheral edge portion sealed, characterized in that: a front side of the packaging bag is formed from one resin film 2 and a rear side is formed from one resin sheet 1; and the resin film and the resin sheet comprise materials that, when a packaged body obtained by hermetically sealing moisture-containing contents between the resin film 2 and the resin sheet 1 is heated in a microwave oven with the rear side resin sheet as a bottom surface, are deformed by heat and pressure of steam generated from the contents such that the rear side resin sheet forms a recessed shape, and the recessed shape is entirely or partially maintained even after heating is terminated.

  • Publication number: 20100122436
Abstract: The present invention provides a closure having a closing function and reclosability that is gentle on the hands of consumers and can have a low environmental impact. The invention also provides a closure whereby the connection parts in a band of connected closures are resistant to the influences of humidity changes. The present invention is a closure having a closing function and reclosability, formed of a composite layer having a layer made of paper, and provided with a closure hole, provided in substantially a center, for closing an object to be closed, as well as an opening that is smaller than the closure hole provided at one end, the opening communicating with the closure hole. Preferably this closure comprises a synthetic resin layer laminated between two layers of paper.

  • Patent number: 7045190
Abstract: A packaging material is provided that can provide a packaging bag or container cover in which the contents is shielded from the atmosphere and tightly sealed, a small hole is formed in the appropriate locations, without special processing of the heat seal portion, and the internal pressure is maintained with high stability at a level above the normal pressure. The packaging material is suitable, for example, for heating in a microwave oven. The packaging material uses a film in which a heat sealing agent (4) with a low melting point is applied to a prescribed zone of an oriented film (2) made of a synthetic resin, a cutting line (5) is cut in the oriented film (2) made of a synthetic resin in the form of a solid or broken line passing through the zone coated with the heat sealing agent (4), and a cast film (3) made of a synthetic resin and having heat sealing properties is affixed to the oriented film (2) made of a synthetic resin. Such film is used for a packaging bag (1) or a container cover.
