    Abstract: A heat exchanger apparatus for more effective use of a heat or hot water pipe as a radiant heat source. A pair of tubular members having a semi-circular lateral cross-section and outwardly extending fins attach to the outside surface of a pipe. The tubular members are held adjacent to the pipe by a spring clamp.
